By Laws:
All officers of the RB Dart Benefit are elected from and by majority vote of its members on or about the second week of January annually. No member or officer of the RB Dart Benefit will receive any direct or indirect monies from the RB Dart Benefit funds. All monies raised during each year will be giving to the currently selected public charity in its entirety except as required for the RB Dart Benefit to pay expenses incurred performing fund raising operations. All new members are selected by majority vote of current membership. There are no membership fees or dues.
Unless a member is listed on the RB Dart Benefit web site or appropriate legal document. They are considered to be temporary volunteers with no membership rights.
Constitution:
RB Dart Benefit is an un-incorporated association of volunteers whose main mission is to raise monies for selected public charities.
