Meeting
was called to order at 7:50pm by president
Joe Soulek
Ajenda: Bank Account, Fundraiser Ideas, next events,
Boat Races-parking cars, new t-shirts.
1.)
Bank
Account:
A motion to remove Cara Jones off the checking account
and to replace her with Lori Marsh. A
vote was taken and results are:
All in favor: 6 Opposed: 0
Only people allowed on the account is Michelle Soulek
and Lori Marsh.
2.)
Voting members:
Are looking for another voting member to have 9.
Looking into recrutes.
3.)
Ideas for
Fundraisers:
Some discussion was had to get some ideas on new fundraisers.
A couple of ideas were: Suppers, things to do at
events.
Check with the Chamber of Com. Of different towns in
the area, for their list of events.
4.)next event was discussed, date is set
for July 18th at Wood.
5.) Place to have our big event: it will
be in Mitchell this year, date to
be set at a later
time.
6.) New T-Shirts: Michelle
showed the new t-shirts the
colors are royal blue and Turquoise. All approved them.
7.) Boat races, Parking:
Some
discussion was had on what was all needed for this and to set up a meeting with
Officials. Will go over this more in the
next meeting.
The meeting was turned over to Denny marsh.
Subject: Tax papers
A
discussion was had on the tax papers to see what all has to be done to get them
in, the information needs to be changed due to the bank account changes.
Next
meeting is set for June 28th
at 5pm on Lori and Denny’s Boat
